I'm 53,been running for a number of years now,but only recently returned to the track to do some 400's...
Previous to this,the last 2 years,have been primarily strenuous
hill running [with Fido !]lasting 55 min or more,,but without a set training regimen.
Just to get a gauge where i'm at when i return to racing [5k-10k] If my 400's are coming out at 1:34 at about 85 % effort,
how might i fare in a 5k,10 k?
Also,managed about 6 repeats,in warm weather,and felt i gave it
what i had,,,
Any advice appreciate..
