Ok so I didn't have a very good marathon experience in my first one I went out about 5mins to hard in the first half, and quite frankly died in the last half.
Anyways, I'm wondering if I slowed down by a few mins in the first half would that have made a big diff? If any in the second half.
Last question is: Is it safe to run a second marathon 2wks from my last? I mean if feel fully recovered, just wondering.
