Had a 40 day streak going of lots of training. Tons of running and some long weekend bike rides and big 3-4 hour cardio days on the weekends. Today, Sunday, I am drained. Sat on my butt all day, already had 4000 calories, just watching football. I feel like I should go for a run later to keep the streak going but f it, things gotta end sometime.
anybody have those days? i am taking advantage of laziness.
