Some will argue that the Mcmillan running calculator is bogus but it has always worked well for me. Punched in 2:02:57:

10K: 26:12 (WR: 26:17)
5k: 12:37 (WR: 12:37)
Obviously the further away you go from the M distance, the more salt grains you see, but it seems realistic to me that Kimetto could threaten the HM record as well as the 10,000m record.
While the 5,000 will be safe for quite some time, in a 5k with rabbits, Mo Farah would have no chance against Kimetto.
Oh, one more time from the Mcmillan calculator: 100km 5:59:24. Now THAT would be a milestone.
