Hey guys this may sound stupid but... over the summer I bumped my mileage about to about 60mpw and have been holding it there and have been really putting in a lot of hard work. Last spring season I ran a 4:27 1600 and 1:58 800 and this cross country season I have ran a 16:49 3 mile and 17:30 5K at Sunken Meadow (this is a very rough course check the speed ratings here I am not that slow

). Today for 1k repeats with 3 minutes of rest in between sets I ran 3:00, 2:58, 3:03, 3:05, and 3:06. I am curious of what you all think of the type of shape that I would be in for some of the shorter races such as the 1600 and 3200. I will not have a chance to run these any time soon but I am curious of what everyone thinks. Thanks.
