I am looking for advice on how to get my 100m time from 11 flat to 10.5 in 5-7 months. btw 10.97 was electronic time.
I am currently 5-7 inches tall, 125 lbs, male
Squat max 210 lbs
Vertical jump 35" (running) 28" standing
My stride is 2.3 m long
Any advice on how I can cut .5 of a second?
Gain weight
Increase strength
Track workouts
