Hey LR community,
I will soon be embarking on a training stint at altitude. While I know the short and long term effects, my question is this- are you aware of a percentage/ ratio/ pace chart that converts sea level times to altitude (7,000) feet? Also, as someone who usually runs ~645 pace at sea level (for normal ~60 minute recovery runs), what pace should I expect/ aim for when running at 7000 feet?
Basically I am just trying to figure out equivalent efforts, of what a sea level training pace is compared to running at 7000 feet. I know the race conversions, rather just wanting to know normal training paces
Thanks, any and all feedback is appreciated
