I've had plantar fasciitis for a year and a half now. It's always OK enough to run through, but it never goes away.
I just went on vacation to a warm place and my plantar fascia felt perfect for two weeks. I was still running a lot and if anything was taking worse care of my injury (wearing sandals, not icing, walking around the house barefoot).
I got back to where I live (it's 50s to high 60s right now) and immediately it came back. I have really bad circulation in my hands and feet (diagnosed with Raynaud's) so I'm wondering if it's the cool weather.
I want to test this out by wearing really, really warm running socks. Does anyone have any recommendations? I want to make sure they can withstand all of the running I do but keep my feet nice and warm. When it gets below 50 or rains, my feet often go numb during a run.
