High School PRs: 1:02 (400), 2:13 (800), 5:20 (1600) on 20mpw
Having not run since HS and being a junior in college, what kind of improvement does LR think I could see by this time next year if I train as hard/smart as possible?
What kind of mileage/plan would be required? Build my base up to 40-50mpw by the spring and then hammer the paces?
