Kid was high too....he put all drivers at risk
regardless of what he did, the question was whether Stewart intentionally fishtailed into him. The answer, I am sure, was yes.

Did you offer the proof to the Grand Jury?
Should it reconvene, you know, since you are in possession of this bombshell evidence?

Yes, we know you drop to your knees and worship Stewart little toy after he drops trousers.
Actually, I'm not even a race fan, so don't get your bib overalls in a knot Rufus.
I've been reading these threads about this incident here and all the people who supposedly "know" what his intentions were, and have yet to see any proof. Now a grand jury didn't see any.
Which leads me to believe the people that "know" he did are actually "fans" of other drivers and come up with these theories over Slurpees and microwave burritos in their double wide trailer.
So if you "know" post it.

You don't know, but you posted your drivel anyway.

Where did I claim to "know" anything. All I, and everyone else is asking, is for the proof people supposedly have to prove he intentionally did it.
The grand jury couldn't find it, so where is it at?
Try not to answer by avoiding the question by responding with a question.
The murdered guy had a tiny bit of marijuana in his system, therefore his judgement "might" have been impaired--there is no ay to truly know--therefore we cannot 100% blame Stewart for the murder, and Stewart cannot be found 100% guilty.
You libtards are obsessed with facts. Just watch the video and you'll see Stewart gun his engines and drive right into that poor bastard. How's that for facts, idiot.
Weed in your system is the the same as alcohol in your system. The kid was impaired and had he been pulled over by a cop on the street, a probable DUI; end of story. The kid was at fault. Those are the facts and I'm no libtard...

Fault is a terrible word. The kids dead. DEAD. It's a tragic situation and the reaction from both sides is simply pathetic.
What on EARTH does asking for evidence have to do with being a liberal? Are you suggesting that Stewart is simply convicted because angry individuals think he should be convicted regardless of legal proceedings?
From EVERY video I've seen on the subject, what happened basically goes as follows:
1) Ward crashes and sits in his car for 20 or so seconds
2) Ward leaves his car and starts angrily shaking his fist at drivers passing by
3) Car 45 nearly hits Ward, and he jumps back
4) Stewart crashes into Ward
After repeated analysis of the video, the Grand Jury found evidence that Stewart's car was moving in a straight line until the moment he hit Ward, and that it wasn't intentional.
Since nearly two dozen interviewed witnesses, local officials, state officials, and a Grand Jury all seem to agree on a single conclusion, that makes the stupid poster on Letsrun the odd one out doesn't it?
In order to convict someone, you need PROOF. Presently, what they have is a stoned 20 year old running out of his car onto a racetrack in black clothing at night, nearly getting hit by one car, and then getting killed by another.
Seriously. What do you NOT get about this? Do you think that they can just say "Oh, well, we surmise from this grainy video in which sounds can't exactly be pinpointed that Stewart actively decided to kill Ward."
I've been around racing almost my entire life having grown up in SC. I also worked for a NASCAR team in the shop and havebeen to countless races.
In my opinion, and it's just my opinion from the video I've seen, Tony did not mean to hit the kid. Did Tony see him and try to scare the kid by buzzing him? Yes. But he didn't mean to hit him. Tony just missed timed things and accidentally hit him. A very misfortunes the accident, which he probably should be punished for.

Chuck your emotions out the window for a moment and evaluate this objectively:
Twenty-year-old male leaves car in the middle of the racetrack, covers two-thirds of the racetrack, forces several high-speed cars to swerve, is forced to dodge one car, and is hit by another. The male in question appeared to be angry and was later found to be intoxicated at the time of the incident.
Yes, he is at fault. This was the equivalent of walking out into the middle of a freeway in order to rage against other drivers. People die every few seconds with no power at all to avoid or prevent it. This was the case of somebody who did not actually need to die, but took the stupidest imaginable course of action under the circumstances and got himself killed.
You're getting taken to school buddy.
Listen retard, when you drive drunk or impaired including weed, it's your fault. End of story.
Has the family filed a wrongful death civil suit yet? Seems like a matter of time given Tony Stewart's wealth.

I'm sure the family was thinking that, and I think we can be certain the families butt holes are still puckered after reading the toxicology information.
Not a NASCAR fan and have never seen a race with the smaller cars driven in this event. However, the guy came to work stoned and not only did he endanger himself but everyone else out there racing on the track that evening. The family can forget a civil case. The guy was under the influence, game over.
