So I know this varies depending on weather conditions and from person to person. However, I am trying to get an idea of what people are doing during the actual marathon in terms of drink and food in take. I estimate to be out there approx 3:15 and weigh 140 lbs. I probably under hydrate at around 50 ounces and I take after the first 45 minutes and then every 30 after that. What do you usually do??
