I'm going to ask everyone to predict my time for a race given certain information I provide about my training and racing histories. It will be mildly interesting and only garner responses from individuals who have nothing better to do than make predictions based on vague training and racing histories.
Some background info:
I've been reading a lot lately about 5K's, marathons, ultramarathons, half 10K's, 800 meter ultras, and 5K marathons. I've been researching canonical methodologies by dudes like Lydiard, Daniels, Salazar, and Canaday. I run in Vibrams. I hate running.
