Have you not seen all of the proteins and carb supplements?
beet juice is meant to increase EPO, and altitude exposure is legal. You can take arginine/ornithine to increase HGH. I think ephedrine in small doses is legal, but idk if it helps.

You mean marathon gels and shit?
You can get protein and carbs from food. You can't get creatine from food unless you horse down 5 pounds of steak every day.

No I don't mean gels. Your other sentences don't make sense. Don't you have to eat 5+ lbs of food/drink everyday to get your carbs and protein?

Ok. You don't mean gels. Explain the products you do mean.
Yeah. I eat a variety of food during the day. But NOT 5 pounds of steak that I would need to get the creatine found in supplemental form.
You could eat nothing but protein powder and gels if it's supplements you want to exist on.

There are a variety of carb/fat/protein products. They also come in a variety of forms including gel form. No, getting them from food is not the same as getting them in a more pure or tailored form.

EPO. Hey, it's legal. Just find a crooked doc and get a script. Make it work, sister.
look up ashwaghanda and rhodiola rosea, recovering a lot better and feeling a lot atronger too
Not sure exactly what you mean by "sauce", but if you're looking for a pre-race supplement (that isn't smoke and mirrors) I'd suggest advocare pre-workout. I was approached by a representative to try out their new line just for aerobic activity (previously they only catered to football, weightlifting, etc.) so I said what the hell, free stuff. Drank the stuff and ended up running like a monster with little to no food or hydration, and it was 98 degrees out. I've used it multiple times since, and it's definitely produced consistent results. I'd suggest looking into it, it's good for before hard workouts and and tempos too.

Creatine supplements are a waste of money. No matter how many studies say they improve performance, real-world record progressions say they don't.
