13x 400my first 6 were at 73 with 15 seconds rest, next 4 at 70 with 30 seconds rest, next 2 at 66 with 1 minute rest and my last one was 62 with another 1 minute rest. what kind of shape am i in??

Rounding into good form. Probably an 8 to an 8.5 on the troll scale.

First off: interesting workout, did your coach give you that? Second, I'd need to know what your 5k PR was last year, along with your mile and two mile during track.

I time trialed a mile at 4:41 a few weeks ago and then did 1k repeats sub 3:12 90 seconds rest. Same day
I predict 16:3x, simply because it's the beginning of the season. Work hard and you have a potential sub 16 5k this year. Also run your 2 mile faster, you clearly have the aerobic strength to do it. You should be well under 10 next season.
Strange workout, but I kinda like it. I think you're probably in 16:30 shape, because it's early in the year. If you progress correctly as the season continues, you can definitely get down to low 16's.
