I'm following Pfitzingers plan at the minute and I'm heading towards the end of the cycle and have just done the first of 2 5x600m sessions with 90 second rests.
Does this seem like a really weak session to anyone else? I ended up dropping the pace under 5k pace because it was too easy at 5k pace but it was still an easy session.
I'm wondering what to do with the next of these sessions in 2 weeks time, increase the number of reps? To say 8x600? Reduce the rest to 1 minute? Increase the distance to 800 or 1000? Or should I just stick with the plan as intended?
I'm thinking about doing 8x800 instead and keeping the 90 second rest.
