Yes for some. No for others.
An 800/1500 mid distance runners then yes,
A 1500/5k distance runner then no.
You can't say this or that is enough, but I can say that most pro milers run something like that. Like the other poster stated 800/1500 runners run much less miles than 1500/5k types.
