Here is my regular week:
Monday: 4-5 mile repeats. 5 min recovery Avrg 5:05(not on a track and some hills)
Tuesday: 7-8 miles at around 6:30 pace
Wednesday: Usually 1000s with 1.5 min recovery at a 5:05 pace
Thursday: 6-7 miles at 7 min pace
Friday: 3 miles easy
Saturday: RACE
Sunday: long run usually 10 miles at 6:45pace.
Am i running to fast on easy/moderate days?
I have been able to run 15:50 But not any faster. My legs seem to feel fine on rave day but during the race they feel heavy. Also i am a jr in highschool. Avrg around 50mpw with cooldowns and warmups
