wearing a livestrong is equal to "liking" a cause on facebook. you are really doing anything, but it gives you the feeling that you are helping. By the end Livestrong was more about nike than cancer. Ive also wondered why money is needed to bring awareness to cancer? Who is not aware of cancer?

Livestrong bracelets were for NIKE. Simply a trendy gimmick. If you asked kids what they meant most did not know. Most certainly created ZERO awareness. The defenders are those that are embarrassed by their behavior and want to justify themselves.
