16:45-17:45. You need to provide more information like: MPW, effort for the workout, most recent race times, etc before anyone is able to predict a more accurate time.
Ok. I've averaged 50 mpw for the past 3+ months. Probably could've done one more rep in sub 5:30. Ran a 17:03 with a 5:01 first mile about 2 months ago and the next race is this saturday. Also did a half marathon in 1:21:47 in July
Ok. If the 17:03 is your PR shoot for 5:20 for the first mile and then try to hang on, if you do you will run 16:40-16:55. Good luck.
