Nice one by the Letsrun visitor today.
5th among guys 50+, 23rd overall for men; pretty good! (Grades out to a 4:15 mile.)
Anyone else in the race today?

Thank you for recognizing my performance. Though I wish I could have run under 4:50. Alas we can not all raise chickens on diets of sour gummy worms and apple juice.
very nice performance from Gladwell. That's a fun race. I wish I could have been out there.
Awesome. I saw his interview's in Transcend, and I got the impression that he ran for the sake of running with no desire to compete. I wonder why?

Gladwell's a boss, both on the roads and behind a remington typewriter. Clean pair heels Malcolm!
Yes and how about that MIKE MOONEY from New Jersey running 4:57 at 5th Ave Mile--at age 58!
That comes to a value of a 4:03.1 mile at age 25 (91.58AG%).

He wrote an article the one time he actually 'gave it his all', and it sounded like he just hated the experience.
