The elite Ironman triathlon competitor, because you have to keep up your technique in more than one discipline whilst putting yourself through such a physical challenge.
Ultra running seems like a really enjoyable event, as long as you have the ability/fitness to do it, all you have to do is run.
hmmm, a real toss up.....it's pretty tough to listen to either talk about their training, nutritions, upcoming races, etc etc
