So its been a year since I've ran really. I mean there were times I tried getting back to running like I did in college (only a year ago..I'm a drop out). But I never really ran for more than 3 days.
I really want to start running again and do some half marathons. How do I start? I mean how should my training be starting out a year out of shape?
Also its fair to note that I'm pretty injury prone I've never ran more than 70mpw and I've been having trouble with my knee ever since I injured it my freshmen year of college.
