What do you mean by good/best?
Fastest running program? If so why rather than a good fit for you?
And what do you mean gives some money? Athletic money for 419? So you'd rather go to a 50k/year school and get 10k/year than a 20k/year school for free?
And why do you have no preferences over school size, location, campus, academics, etc?
What sort of academic record do you have? Are you just looking for a college or are universities an option?
I got a 35 on ACT so i dont care about money. Although i just wanted to know what the best(fastest) running program i can run for?
