Background Info:
We have a Dual Meet this Monday and a big Invitational on Saturday. We have been repeating training cycles since the middle of summer, but now that the season has started we have Dual meets to contend with. We have dropped a workout and use the meet in replacement.
Next week's cycle has the following:
Dual Meet Monday
Invite Saturday
Workout 1: 6x800 (1:30 rest)
Workout 2: Long Run (7-10 miles)
Cross Training Day
Recovery Day
How would you arrange the days?
