Hi! I'm a triathlete, serious, but not good enough so anyone has heard of me. I've been doing it for a few years, but the run has always held me bck. I want to train this Winter to increase my run endurance (I live in the south). I have read alot about the summer of Malmo and want to give it a try.
The thing is, I'll be doing a lot of swimming and biking too (indoors, it's not that warm, lol). I know SoM uses a lot of doubles and the spirit is sortof to get consistent training and stay relaxed without going all out.
The thing is in swimming and biking you often go all out. I could just do SoM with moderate mileage on top of the biking and swimming, but does the other training neuter the spirit the program? What are the keys of SoM that I should most focus on if I want to improve my run while doing the other training.
