I'm a little over 6'1" and have weighed around 155-160 for the past 2 ish years. lately I've been losing weight because I forget to eat occasionally and I've been running a lot. I've been around 150 the past few weeks. Is it beneficial to keep losing weight? I'm not hungry or anything, I kind of figured I might as well see how light I can get.
I know it seems like a dumb question, but I guess what I'm asking is where does being light stop helping and start hurting?
