Is it okay if I trained super hard at puking sensation? Today I did:
(200 I, 200 Walking, 1000 I, 400 Walking) x 4 times mile pace at 4:50
I was feeling like puking at the end.
I usually train my intervals 5:10-5:15 depending on the length of the interval.
I'm desperate in becoming faster but today after my workout I was feeling like crap after I was done and instead of jog the rest I was walking them because I was hammering the running part. It's OK if I push myself that hard to become better runner or should I keep being conservative and train interval days at 80-85% of my speed?
Please Help
