Aderall may disrupt the functioning of several key enzymes that facilitate muscle nutrient consumption. Basically, it may take you longer to recover; which if you run high mileage could disrupt your racing performance.
Not true. Cyclists have taken amphetamines for 100 years now. In the 40s and 50s it was the primary drug since steroids had not been developed by the Germans and blood doping had not been developed seriously by the Swedes yet.
By the 50s some nations were on all three, but by the 1960s all athletes who were serious (or needed it for their sport/position) were on one or ALL of those.
Anyone paying attention knows that baseball players DEPEND on amphetamines, and have for at least 50 years. That isn't an endurance sport, but there is LONG history of the use of stimulants in running, cycling, skiing, swimming, etc.
If you knew ANYTHING about Adderall or amphetamines in general, you would know that they greatly IMPROVE your recovery.
