Serious answers only please. In around a month or so I'm going to race 5k but just curious (without running a time trial) what sort of 5k shape you think I'm currently in from this session
15 min tempo (avg. 3:56/km), 2 mins jog recovery, 4x3 mins hard with 2 mins jog recovery between (avg. 3:43/km)
