I screwed up my peroneal (tendon outside of lower leg)when I got custom orthodics and didn't break them in slowly enough. I ran on it for a week and it got worse so I stopped running to lest it heal. It took about a month for anything to change, I wasted my whole summer, it blew. After five weeks it didn't hurt anymore and I started training slowly. Two weeks in, and it is back. I don't know how to fix this thing at all, there are hardly any stretches for it and the most I've been able to do is keep my legs loose.
Has anyone ever had this? It is almost painless when running and to the touch, put really painful if I push down on it. Thanks if you know anything.
also punching it makes it feel better for about 30 seconds
