I've been training for a few months to run under 4:20 for the mile, but have had a few setbacks that led to some poor training. My workouts have been great, but my overall mileage suffered dramatically due to work and being sick.
I ran a 4:29 about a month ago, and had some pretty great workouts after, but dropped out of a 5k today after a 5:00 first mile. My goal race is in 11 days, and I have no clue as to how I can resume training. Is it too late, or is there specific work that I can do?
