Training Times you tell your mates: yr- 3secs per rep faster than actual. bcr- 3secs slower per rep than actual just to make you work even harder.

Runners are all yuppies (myself included). Running is not a blue-collar sport in this country. You can find them, but you've got to look hard.

My cousin is a tool-and-die man at the Jeep plant in Toledo, and he says there's a guy who runs to work every day with his tools in a backpack, changes into coveralls on the plant floor, then changes back and runs home. THAT's a blue-collar runner.

I'd hate to read what you say about Black Label. Not the yummy Candadian variety mind you, but the ridiculously awful American variety. Also Genny Cream Ale is horrible.
