Low carbed diet because my parents are bodybuilders
About 90-105 per week and I eat just about whatever the hell is in front of me.
Gender: female
Age: post menopausal
Miles: approx. 35-40/week
Diet: try to eat more protein and less carbs than I used to. I shunned red meat when I was young but a bout of anemia had me add it to my diet. I eat lean cuts approx. 2-3x a week and have experienced great improvement in my RBC. Probably eat around 70 grams of protein a day plus complex carbs and low fat dairy. I feel much better when I eat well.
