I ran 14:00 two years ago. I then was injured off and on (mostly on) for the past two years and also spent some time abroad where I couldn't run at all for six months. I am currently 10lbs overweight but still pretty lean. I just have run barely at all over the last two years and haven't done any structured workouts. I'd really like to get back into good shape though, if not PR shape close to it. I'm wondering what sort of timeframe I should be looking at. I was hoping to be in shape by mid indoor track season. Doable?
