This was a great race that was quite enjoyable to watch. It had everything, skill, determination, drama, post race snubs, physical risk and near tie finish.
This is the type of event that could significantly increase viewership and consumer dollars to track and field.
Just imagine a commercial playing up the "grudge" rematch between these two. It doesn't hurt that its two pretty white girls fighting it out either.
