If you are asking if this is a well-planned workout: Nobody outside your program can really be a judge of the quality of that workout. Everything depends on knowing what you did over summer, how your workouts were last week, what they are in the future, when your races are, how you run your easy days, on and on and on.
Only your coach knows that information, and he is putting it all together for you. Trust him.
If you are asking if you are fast: Hard for me to tell. 6-7 min is a lot of rest, and I don't know what kind of terrain/altitude you ran this workout on.
