I am doing 10 training sessions a week now and ever since I began last week I can't seem to stop myself from eating. I just don't feel satiated ever and I am putting on the pounds fast. I started at 120lbs and now I am 126lbs. I know I am eating too much at 3500-4500 calories a day, I just never get satiated. I'll be full but still *want* more, like I am craving something, i just don't know what
