Came back from a intense pre xc training camp on sunday and have been essentially ( tried running several days unable to finish workout) unable to run due to an on and off it band injury.
Will i lose fitness/ how long does it generally take to lose fitness?
I want to be ready for a mile race in two weeks and xc season and i am worried about being prepared as it is my senior year of high school and im trying to qualify for states.
Also anyone know any good it band stretches/ habe any advice for recovery?
