1200 - Asbel Kiprop
400 - Some other Kenyan
800 - David Rudisha
1600 - Silas Kiplagat
Asbel Kiprop has said he's already run 2:45 for 1200m at altitude. -
I'm sure there's a Kenyan who can run 46 mid-high and during a relay could split 46.0.
Hand over to the 800m world record holder (he isn't in the form he once was this season but still has 2 diamond league victories and has run 1:42). I reckon with the hand off from a 400m runner, he could split 1:42.5-1:43.0. There wouldn't be a rabbit, but I don't think this would affect David Rudisha too much.
Silas Kiplagat - He's run 3:27.64 for 1500m and 3:47.88 for the mile (with awful pacing - 53.49 first lap). I don't know what he could do if he ran it solo, but for 1600m, I reckon he could go 3:50 pretty comfortably.
Those times add to 9:04. If all the four men had a good day, could they go sub 9?
