Also, I think any pie made with vegetable shortening instead of butter (which is somewhat common) is going to be vegan pie...
Of course, it doesn't taste as good as a pie made with butter.
The only thing worse is the gluten free fakers. Especially the ones who drink a 12 pack of lite beer on Sat night. GI physician told me a person with a true gluten intolerance could not possibly tolerate beer. My friends beer is not gluten free.

Bull. My boyfriend has celiac disease and has to be gluten-free. They taste pretty much the same as other beer and while they're certainly a buck or two more than regular beers, they're nowhere near 'extremely expensive.'
