The idea of this thread has merit. It is sad that you guys can't look past the obviously discrepancy between PRs and run time and give solid feedback.
Who is the bigger troll the OP, the responders who can't even answer the question, or the guy who thinks he's cool by posting 1/10.
My stance is that if your HR tells you that is easy pace then that is easy pace. There are times in your annual training plan when you should definitely run at a consistent pace not based off of HR which should probably be faster than your easy HR determined pace. This time period should drive some level of improvement, but running at easy HR pace will also drive improvement in its own way. Push the pace too fast and for too long (be that in the run or over a period of weeks) and you will find overuse injuries starting to bite you consistently.
