In order to get consideration but not necessarily guarantee a spot on the team, I'd say 2:13 to 2:17 in the 800 and 4:34 to 4:41 in the 1500. Below 2:13 in the 800 and below 4:34 in the 1500 should give you a good chance at recruitment.
