I'm a high school XC runner and I have a 5k tomorrow. Today I felt more sore after my run than I ever have before! What should I do to recover before the race tomorrow? I'm really worried that Ill feel just as sore if not worse... And not racing is NOT an option... I'm a varsity runner with a lot of pressure on me from the team and the coach... What should I do to be able to feel my very best tomorrow?
