I'm new to the area and looking for some ideas for 7-10 mile routes with 4-5 miles being relatively flat for tempo runs. So far, the creek path and roads seem to be the best options. Any recommendations? Thanks LRC.

Just out on the roads? Baseline, Arapahoe, 75th, etc.?
Also known as the Cabada loop. 3.5 round.
Or head to the Fairview track.
There's a flat 3-mile loop N of the Res: 63rd to Niwot, Niwot to 55th, 55th to Monarch, Monarch to 63rd. You could start from the Res or from Kings in Slumbarrel to get up to 10.
