Hi all,
I ran a Half Marathon in may in 1:23 flat. I ran San Francisco marathon in July 27th in 3:05 and I just started training again 3 weeks ago. I'm a self trained athlete and I want to run a half in November 9th below 1:18 what are the chances? I'm running 5-6 days a week depending how bad my shins feel.
I would appreciate guidance to accomplish my goal I have access to a track, trails and roads and I can train twice a day if necessary I've been integrating 70 mts strides on hills at least twice a weak to increase my speed and doing my easy days faster so my body adapts to keep a fast pace for longer. I'm doing track workouts on Tuesday and Thursday. Long run on the weekend.
