Anyone in the LR have a feel for either of these programs XC teams? I am not very fast (17:30 5k xc, 10:45 2 mile) but would like to continue to run XC next year at college. I think I have some upside as my HS was not vey strong and we never ran more than 35 mpw. I am looking at small competitive southern Liberal Arts schools (biology or English major) and would like to run D3 as it is probably my upper ceiling. Running is a secondary consideration behind academics for me but if I could run as well as learn that would be great. From what I gather Sewanee or Rhodes would be a good fit.
