Last year we ran a scrimmage on this same course and i ran 30 minutes on it for 5k, its been a year i worked at about 36 miles all summer and we raced the course again but this time i ran 19:37 i didn't know i had this in me i thought i could run 20-21 minutes we haven't done speed work yet but how much do you think i could improve by the end of the season?
