You have some endurance, so you should definitely be able to run 2.15 right now. That's your 400 time + 10 seconds and double it. Based on your 1600 time, I think that'd be right where you're at at the moment.
With some reasonable fitness (would take a month or two of the right work) you could probably get that down to 2.11-13.
With a 400 time of 57.5, you'd need very good endurance to get under 2.10 for 800. Looking at your 200 time, you could maybe drop a second off your 400 time, but I don't know what sort of work you're doing.
I have experience coaching boys your age - your time progressions are reasonably consistent but I think your 200 and 400 times could be better based on your 100 speed, so you need speed endurance. Flat out 150s, 200s and 300s with the appropriate rests. Those improvements would then flow on to your 800 time.
Sounds like you need an all round program, so I hope you have a good coach.
