Anyone know what the US record is the event?
Sowinski and Loxsom are both on the track. Should be exciting.
US visitors, is it on universal yet? It's on the BBC.

Most of these will work in the USA, although the BBC 2 will likely have the best english speaking commentary
No rabbits. Rudisha wants to hit 23.5 and 47

You're asking for the US record.......is Johnny gray the WR holder you've talked about 1000 times not American?

Rojo. Dude. C'mon.
Awesome race.
Rudisha toook it out in 23.25 and 47 mid. Loxsom was the only guy to go with him!!!
Loxsom faded a ton the last 100. Rudisha tired the last 50. Kszcot never came close to him.
1:13.71!!!
Rudisha Post Race Interiew:
"I thought maybe I'd get a bit closer to the world record and probably (run) 1:12, but it was **inaudible** performance." (seemed relatively happy).
"It's a little bit tricky (of a distance) as it's hard to get the first 400 right. It's very difficult to get the right pace."
"I felt so good except for the last 100 I felt my leg tiring up," said Rudihsha who adde din the future he'd like to got the WR again. "Maybe I'll be in the world record bracket."
US Visitors. We've got good news. The meet did seem to start at 9:30 am ET for you so you can rewind if you have DishWorld and watch the men's 600.
Bailey Cole won the 100 late.
Nice crowd. Stadium reminds us a little bit of Hayward as the stands on the homestretch are covered.

My bad. I even did the research on Gray's 600 record earlier this week. It's early and I didn't get back from the local casino until 4 am.
Here are the results:
RANK ATHLETE NATION RESULT
1 RUDISHA David KEN 01:13.71 WL,DLR
2 KSZCZOT Adam POL 01:14.69
3 OLIVIER Andre RSA 01:15.03
4 LEWANDOWSKI Marcin POL 01:15.17 PB
5 SOWINSKI Erik USA 01:15.79
6 BUBE Andreas DEN 01:16.15
7 LANGFORD Kyle GBR 01:16.30
8 LOXSOM Casimir USA 01:16.48
9 LEARMONTH Guy GBR 01:17.13
Intermediate times:
200m RUDISHA, David (KEN)
23.25
400m RUDISHA, David (KEN) 47.65
For the record, the US and world record:
1:12.81 by Johnny Gray in 1986.
Also for the record, Rudisha did beat the 600 time he ran in the midst of the London Olympics (1:14.30)
Didn't Rudisha hit the 600 meters in his WR run in @ 1:14.30?
At his best he can surely hit 1:12.
Nonetheless, we can all see how great Johnny Gray was.
How did it go at the casino?

...unlike 500 other stadiums around the world.

Not well. Does anyone ever stay until 4 am if they are up?

Found it- not showing up on the main website and showing up as "locked" unless you go to this link:
