Best pro would go to Bowerman Track Club. Hard to pick just one because they often joke and make fun of each other. Shalane, Sol, Jager, C Derrick make for entertaining Twitter.

I finally unfollowed Ryan Hall because it was nothing but inspirational God tweets. It got old.

I don't follow any college athletes.

yes. i never knew anyone shared my weird humor until i followed chris derrick. phoebe wright is always a good one. sheila reid too.

how anyone in their right mind would nominate farah for "best" is beyond me. every pic is the same...sideways peace sign with xxxx...then ends EVERY post:"shabba...!" I unfollowed after his anti-Semitic posts. got old.

I actually like the twitter platform, most pros are willing to chat with you too.

The banter between Ritz and Centro was classic, just not enough.

I agree the Bowerman TC group have a good time exchanging jabs and jokes. They are the best group to follow.

The CU Buffs are a close 2nd. Both teams give you good insight into their respective domains of running with lots of humor.

Actually, Fawn Dorr's tweets are so bad that they're entertaining.

Derrick and Jager are must follows. Phoebe Wright, Rob Watson, and and Nick Symmonds are first rate. Reese Hoffa is solid. He also like to chat if it's a funny topic. Joe Gray and NAZ Elite are decent. I don't run ultra but irunfar has amazing live tweets of the top mountain races, they're a good follow. I like to follow usatf just to see them get trolled and cursed out by everyone.

Rupp, Farah, Hall and Meb are awful. As in, they likely have fewer fans on account of how boring/annoying/odd their daily observations are. Meb is slightly better now that he's touring and making appearances as the Boston Champ (boss).

Switch Pappas for Phoebe Wright and I can agree. Pappas tries way too hard, or maybe the jokes just go over my head. Wright is very witty and I wish I could meet her in person.

Come to think of it I really like the "The Girl's Team" (Columbia distance women) account more than Erin Finn's, Finn is one of the gutsiest runners in the NCAA so she has my respect, but the Columbia women have some funny tweets.

I find Andrew Wheating to be a pretty interesting character on Twitter
